         Ministry of Finance in coordination with National Informatic Centre (NIC) has developed an app to enable the public in India to locate the banking infrastructure service points like Branch of a bank, ATM, Bank Mitra, Post office and Common Services Centre (CSC) across the country.

  • One can know No.of Bank branches, ATMs and Bank Mitras in a particular district using the option "Area of Interest".
  • It will also enable the user to know the location of Bank branches, ATMs and Bank Mitras of a specific bank in the district.
  • The user can also locate the Fair price shops, CSC and Post offices within the radius of given kilometres from the selected point using "Query" option. (Select a point in map and then use query tab).
  • User can export the details of bank branch like names of bank & branch, IFSC code, BSR code, Address in pdf and excel formats using the option "Near by Banking Touch Points".
  • After the results are pointed in map, user can know more details about the pointed results by clicking on them.
Features of mobile app: 
  • User can locate only one of the banking points nearby or around a specific location within the specified radius.
  • User can select banking points of a particular bank from "Results" tab.
  • User can know more details by clicking on the banking points displayed.

Note: Addresses of some branches and IFSC of  Andhra Banks (after merger with Union Bank of India) have not been updated.
